Refund Policy

At Vision Plan Counselling, we strive to provide high-quality counselling and guidance services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
1. No Refund After Service Delivery
Once a counselling session or service has been successfully delivered, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
2. Cancellation Before Session
- Users may request cancellation before the scheduled session time.
- Refund eligibility depends on how early the cancellation request is made.
3. Eligible Refund Cases
- If a cancellation request is made well in advance of the scheduled session, a partial or full refund may be considered.
- If the session is cancelled by Vision Plan Counselling due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
- Missed sessions without prior notice.
- Late cancellations (close to the scheduled session time).
- Dissatisfaction after the session has been completed.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued through the original mode of payment.
